This 1902 villa renovation is fully completed and she is a beauty. Over 100 years old, but practically all new.

The home was untouched by the previous owners for 50+ years.  Together with the new owners, we have created a stunning family home.  One that celebrates the traditional features that the home offered, but it has been brought right up to date.

The clients fell in love with the home despite it’s urgent need to be renovated, and we can see why.  The home is now ready for another hundred years of living and loving.  With crisp white as a base and all of the beautiful textures and timbers to compliment.
