Ocon building groups was founded by Olly Cowan back in 2010. Olly started off life as a carpenter 20 years ago, his love and passion for the industry soon led him to becoming a builder.
As a builder and as someone who has renovated my own home in the past, I place paramount importance on ensuring that our clients’ budgets are honored throughout the entire process
Ocon specialises in Custom homes and renovations, complemented by a wealth of experience ranging from renovations, extensions, new homes, multi-res developments, basement construction and commercial fit-outs.

Sustainability is an integral part of our ethos here at Ocon Building group. We are constantly finding ways, big and small to minimise our impact on the environment. We are always working to recycle and repurpose any waste that is produced during the construction process in order to minimise our impact. But the buck doesn’t stop with us. We also empower our chippies and contractors to innovate their current waste reduction systems while encouraging creative new initiatives.
