This project involved renovation, remodelling, and a second storey addition to prepare the home for a transformation into half family home and half airbnb, made easier due to the huge block size we had to work with. Ground floor works including reconfiguration of a games room to provide a living room and kitchenette, as well as dining area and a stunning open slatted staircase which leads to the new second storey. The first-floor addition accommodates 2 x bedrooms, bathroom and new robes, as well as a sitting room. We also constructed a new driveway to allow for four parking spaces in total.
